The trouble with smoothies.

It's very warm and I snack a lot. Enter smoothies. Easy to make, easy to consume at my desk, packed with good elements and very refreshing.

And yet not filling.

I just drank three bananas 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a cup of milk. Still hungry. Why?

In other news, my legs still hurt from the weekend hike. So I thought it balances out yesterday did some upper body exercise. Now I hurt all over, and feel much better for it.
